MBA Connect #5: Year End Party – Cheers & Chill Highlights

On December 26th, 2023, MBA Connect #5: Year End Party with the theme ‘Cheers & Chill’ created an unforgettable night for over 100 MBA students in PSO.

Reflecting on the remarkable journey of an MBA in 2023.

The event was not just a celebration but also an occasion for students to immerse themselves in a variety of emotions. It was an opportunity for students to look back at the challenges and prepare themselves for new achievements in the coming year.

Looking back on the journey, the students summarized their accumulation of a wealth of knowledge and valuable experiences. Despite having jobs and sacrificing weekend leisure time, the students still greatly enjoyed self-development through the path of learning.

Ms. Phan Thi Thu Ha, MBA Talent Class of 2022, shared her MBA journey at Western Sydney University, which provided her with opportunities to surpass her comfort zone, conquer new challenges, and constantly update trends in the business world.

Activating positive energy for the upcoming year 2024

To inject more positive energy into the students before the new year, the organizers thoughtfully arranged a vibrant performance by the ISB Team dance troupe, heating the atmosphere like never before.

Additionally, Phuong Nam’s performance created moments of joy and significance for the event. The laughter and happiness of the students created a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for the year-end event.

Building deep connections among PSO cohorts

Apart from reviewing the learning journey in 2023 and activating energy for the new year, the program also specifically prepared connection activities for the students.

After participating, students expressed excitement as they felt more connected with new friends. Activities emphasizing team bonding such as ball passing, flip cups, and ball shaking out of cups helped students elevate team spirit and foster strong relationships.

Mrs. Le Lan, Director of PSO Project – on behalf of the organizing committee, expressed great joy in sharing a meaningful year with the students. Mrs. Lan hopes that the party provides everyone with positive energy and deep connections, enabling everyone to step into the new year with full enthusiasm.
