*What are your impressions on PSO MBA Program?

What impressed me the most about the PSO MBA program is its seamless integration of theory and practice. The program goes beyond just providing foundational knowledge; it also creates opportunities for us to apply what we’ve learned to real-world projects.

Each course includes a group assignment where we get to choose a real company and solve the challenges they are facing. This is a great opportunity for students not only to gain a deeper understanding of how top companies operate but also to develop practical problem-solving skills.

Another aspect that I truly value about PSO MBA is the emphasis on teamwork. In a diverse group, differing viewpoints and even conflicts are inevitable. However, it is through these deep interactions that I realized how much I can learn – not just from my group members, but also from other teams. Each individual brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective, enriching the discussions and helping the whole group find creative and effective solutions.

Finally, I truly appreciate the networking and learning opportunities at PSO MBA. By joining the program, you are not just part of the MBA student community, but you also have the chance to connect with talented individuals such as alumni, senior professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders from prestigious organizations. Therefore, PSO MBA is not just a classroom – it is a “platform” that helps build a foundation for high-quality relationships that will support you greatly in your future career.

*Could you share a challenge you faced during the program and how you overcame it?

I think the biggest challenge most students face is time management, particularly balancing work, studies, and personal life.

Before starting the program, I had a fairly stable schedule with reasonable time allocated for work, family, and personal activities. However, once I embarked on this academic journey, I quickly had to adjust my “habits” to make enough time for my studies.

Balancing studying and working in a tight schedule, with group meetings sometimes lasting until 2 or 3 AM, made it difficult to maintain focus and energy for long periods. To overcome this challenge, I realized that I needed to prioritize certain aspects of my life depending on the specific stage I was in.

*Looking back on your PSO MBA journey, what memory had the most positive impact on you?

I truly cherish my time at PSO MBA, as the program gave me real, meaningful connections, not just LinkedIn contacts. I feel very fortunate because throughout the course, I met friends and colleagues who were genuinely supportive, not only in our studies but also in our work and personal lives.

I was lucky to meet and form a close bond with the Marketing Manager at Dh Foods. I learned so much from her, not just about marketing expertise but also about professional work ethics. The practical experiences she shared, especially in the field of marketing, have broadened my perspective in making work-related decisions and improved my skills in the workplace. We also made a great team when working on group projects.

At PSO MBA, you always have the opportunity to meet individuals with strong backgrounds from various industries. The key is knowing how to take advantage of these opportunities to build and strengthen your personal network.

*How has PSO MBA impacted your skills and mindset?

In terms of skills, I’ve truly overcome myself and made significant improvements in communication. As someone who used to be extremely introverted, I thought I would struggle with collaboration. However, being constantly trained in a teamwork-driven environment, I gradually learned how to express my opinions and contribute effectively, which helped me become more confident in interacting with others.

My communication skills also opened up opportunities to meet and work with many outstanding individuals. Through this, I realized that learning never truly ends, and even the MBA program is not the final destination.

Past achievements are just stepping stones that help us continue reaching for the next heights. Two years ago, I set the goal of completing the PSO MBA. Now, after finishing the program, I’m still continuing to learn and improve myself at a higher level, facing even more challenges.

*Do you have any words of encouragement for the students embarking on their PSO MBA journey?

Sometimes, this program may make you feel stressed or uncertain about your decisions. But always stay resilient and focused on your original goals, because every challenge holds an opportunity.
