Orientation Day 2023 – PSO MBA Cohort 5 on October 2022

The past weekend saw the “Orientation Day” event – the Opening & Orientation Session of the PSO MBA Business Program Cohort 5 – October 2022, organized by ISB at Building D – 196 Tran Quang Khai, Ho Chi Minh City, fostering the initial connection between the institution and the PSO MBA students.

The ceremony witnessed the presence of Assoc. Prof. Tran Ha Minh Quan – Dean of ISB, Ms. Le Lan – Project Director of PSO, Mr. Bui Quang Tu – Project Manager of PSO, Ms. Le Thi Lam Ngoc – Representative of the Admissions Department, Mr. Ngo Cong Khanh – ISB Lecturer, Mr. Tang Thuong Phat – ISB Lecturer, and 66 PSO MBA students.

Assoc. Prof Tran Ha Minh Quan, Dean of ISB, engaged in an intriguing exchange to listen to the expectations of the students embarking on the MBA program. Many inspiring directions from the professor were conveyed to the students. 

Emphasizing that PSO MBA would not only be an MBA program but also a place to forge friendships, enhance both physical and mental well-being, and equip students with tools to confidently stride into the future.

 “I hope that by the time you receive your graduation diploma, you can achieve four things: health, relationships, finances, and specialized knowledge after this journey,” emphasized Prof. Quan.

Moreover, during the event, students were introduced by Mr. Bui Quang Tu – the Program Manager to significant milestones throughout the course, such as monthly and quarterly activities for students like MBA Talk – a networking activity involving alumni, MBA Talk – meetings and sharing sessions with business leaders. Through these activities, students would broaden their perspectives and apply knowledge more promptly in real-life scenarios.

Expressing thoughts about the course, Ms. Phuoc Loc – Manager at Indochina Educational Service, stated: “The PSO MBA program will be a great opportunity for me to enhance myself and discover the next challenges in the future.”

Additionally, Abraham, a student from Myanmar, shared: “This will be an excellent opportunity for me to accumulate knowledge and create value for the community, contributing back to my country.
